5) THE ATTENDEE acknowledges and accepts that THE ORGANISATION holds and owns all intellectual, industrial and any other property rights, including image rights, derived, directly or indirectly, from the artistic performances or any others that take place on the occasion of the celebration of the event, without territorial or temporal limitation, and without any limitation other than those provided for in the current legislation. Intellectual Property Law. Likewise, attendees may carry mobile phones, cameras or other devices for their own personal use.

6) For the mere possession of the ticket, its use for advertising, marketing or promotional purposes (including competitions, giveaways and/or raffles) is not permitted and the access licence to the event will be cancelled.

7) Any complaint must be accompanied by the submission of this ticket.

• The transfer to the ORGANISER of the economic content of the right to one's own image, without temporal and spatial limitation.
• The consent that the use of these audiovisual media and the name will have the purpose of being disseminated and exploited in any media or by any form of communication, type of advertising, promotion, publication (including Internet), or any other means, including for promotional or informative purposes, as well as its exhibition in any media and/or support.
